Ordered paw print shoes for my mom for mother's day. Paid almost 3x the price of the item to get here on time. Needless to say, it did not arrive. I emailed 5 times prior to Mothers day to get an update and find out why, only to be ignored. Did online chat with them the following Monday, only to be disconnected repeatedly, told that Fridays don't count as a day of the week even though they do in fact work on Friday. Finally got supervisor David. He was incredibly rude, refused to connect me to someone above him. He asked me to forward the email proving I should have received this on Friday, which I did. Then David said that he didn't care what I sent him, he wouldnt refund me my shipping costs and it was not his problem. David told me, as far as I am concerned, he is the ultimate word and even though he does have bosses above him, flat out refused to connect me to one. (i do have screenshots of our conversation). He said its up to him only about resolving my issue, and he wasn't issuing a refund. Tried to disconnected myself and get someone else, and he told the 3 people working below him to refuse to put me to anyone else. Then he told me that i need to stop contacting them, as he has already explained that he is the ultimate word there, and wouldn't assist me any further.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I would NEVER buy from them again, and will tell everyone I know not to either.

Received order today. Shoes run full size smaller, wear an 8.5 ordered a 9 and they are too small by 1/2 inch. A waste of money!

I enjoy this site and click up to three times a day knowing I am helping.
There are three I will not click on. Autism, diabetes and alzheimer's. Animals are still used in labs to test on for these diseases.
Animal testing is horrifying, unnecessary and above all, it has no impact on humans.
The only reason animal testing continues is because the Government and Big Pharma make billions of taxpayers money every year.

I ordered online at Greater Good store, the breast cancer site. Bought chrysocola earrings in sale. Everything was easy to do, plus shipment arrived early, terrific! Enjoyed shopping at Greater Good store online!

So far these are great! I ordered on Oct 5, and they were delivered Oct 13th. After 2 weeks of daily usage, they still work the same.

Ordered. Few times, have had no issues and have had good communication. Sometimes it can be hit or miss with any website.

This is a scam! GreaterGood.com is NOT GreaterGood.org. However, GreaterGood.com misleads tries to make you believe they are the same. Visit GreaterGood.org. You will see zero mention of GreaterGood.com. GreaterGood.com should be ashamed of themselves and there is a special place in Hell for people scamming in the name of a charity.

I ordered my shoes and i received them in a week i opened them tried them on perfect fit. I am so very happy with them. Will order from you again. Thank you

Ordered a pair for shoes for my wife. They came in adequate time and were as expected. No problem with the purchase.

The problem begins after. I started getting unsolicited email from them every day in my inbox. After unsubscribing at least 5 times with no results, i contacted support. They did remove me from there list, but only for a month. Now these unsolicited emails are back again. I pride myself on not having a lot of junk in my inbox. Please whatever you do do not give them any email or other info.

Ordered May 27/2020, E-mail will be delivered June15/2020, June 27/2020 still no delivery, I sent e-mail to GreaterGoods June 25/2020 to try to find out something about my shoes, June 27/2020; it is now 10:20 pm ET and no shoes, no e-mail.
